Every AI Studios project has a share page where people can watch your video without downloading it. This doc shows how to invite people by email, copy the share link, and share from the share page.

Invite people by email

To invite someone to view and comment on your video:

  1. Click Projects in the left menu of the dashboard. Click ⋯ on the project card and choose Share. The Share Video window opens.

  2. Enter the person's email address and click Share. They're added to the list and can comment on the project.

Opening Share from the project card menu and entering an email address

Note: People you invite get an email with a link to the video. They need to sign in to AI Studios to comment.

Copy the share link

To share a link anyone can open, click Copy link in the Share Video window. The link to the share page is copied, and you can paste it in a message, a document, a website, or an LMS.

Pointing to Copy link in the Share Video window

Note: Viewers don't need to sign in to watch from the link.

Share from the share page

When you open the link, the Share panel on the share page gives you more ways to share:

  • Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Email: share the video on social channels or by email.

  • Embed: get a code to add the video to your website or blog.

  • CDN: copy a direct link to the video file.

  • Copy link: copy the share page link again.

Pointing to the sharing options on the share page

The right side of the share page also has Download, AI Dubbing, and Comment.

FAQ

Does the share page update when I export again?
Yes. The share page is connected to your project, so it shows the new video after you export again.

What do people see if I haven't exported the video yet?
The share page shows "This project has not yet been exported to video."
