Course Builder lets you combine multiple AI STUDIOS video projects into one complete curriculum.
With Course Builder, you can:
Organize lessons into sections
Generate course outlines, lesson scripts, and quizzes with AI
Import existing AI STUDIOS videos, including Interactive Videos
Reorder lessons using drag and drop
Set prerequisites to control the learning sequence
Configure passing scores and quiz retry options
Share your course by link or export it as a SCORM package
Track learner completion, quiz scores, and time spent on each lesson
Unlike an Interactive Video, which adds branching paths and clickable elements within a single video, Course Builder connects multiple videos into a structured learning program and tracks progress across the entire course.
Step-by-Step Guide: Creating a Course
1. Start a New Course
Open Course Builder from the AI STUDIOS dashboard and create a new course.
Choose how you want to get started:
Generate with AI using a topic or learning goal into the prompt
Import video from my project and each project becomes a single lesson
Start from blank and build the curriculum manually
Existing standard videos and Interactive Videos can both be added as course, and choose whether or not to include quizzes.
2. Generate or Import Your Course Content
When generating a course with AI, describe:
Who the course is for
What the course should cover
What learners should know or be able to do after completing it
AI STUDIOS will automatically create a suggested lesson sequence, lesson scripts, and section quizzes based on your learning objectives.
You can review and customize all AI-generated content before publishing.
When using existing content, import your AI STUDIOS projects directly into the course. Each imported project will be added as a lesson without requiring you to upload or recreate the video.
3. Organize Sections and Lessons
Use the course editor to structure your course.
You can:
Add or remove sections
Add lessons to each section
Rename sections and lessons
Drag and drop content to change the order
Import additional AI STUDIOS projects
Review the total course runtime
Use sections to group lessons by topic, chapter, skill, or learning objective.
4. Review Lessons and Configure Section Quizzes
Open each lesson and review its script and video content. Make any necessary changes in the AI STUDIOS editor before publishing the course.
You can also use Interactive Videos as lessons to add:
Branching scenarios
Clickable buttons
Learner choices
Embedded interactions
5. Preview and Test the Course
Before publishing, review the course from the learner’s perspective.
Make sure to check:
The order of sections and lessons
Video playback
Interactive buttons and branching paths
Quiz questions and correct answers
Passing scores and retry settings
Course completion behavior
Testing the full course helps you identify missing lessons, or quiz settings that may prevent learners from completing the course.
6. Publish, Share, or Export
Once your course is ready, choose how you want to deliver it.
Share by Link
Publish the course and share it directly with learners using a link. An external LMS is not required.
Export to an LMS
Export the course as:
SCORM 1.2
SCORM 2004
Upload the exported package to a compatible LMS. Completion data, quiz scores, and pass-or-fail results can then be synchronized with your LMS. (AI Studios)
