Creating templates in AI Studios helps you maintain a consistent look and feel across your videos. Whether you're standardizing internal training content or keeping brand elements aligned, templates make it easy. They can also be shared across your workspace so your whole team stays on the same page.
How to Save a Template in AI Studios
1. Design Your Template
Build your project just like you would any normal video. Include the layout, avatar, script, visuals, and other elements you'd like to reuse.
2. Click “Publish Template”
In the editor, find the "Publish Template" button in the top right corner (next to the export option).
3. Name and Categorize Your Template
Before saving your template, you'll be asked to fill in a few details to help organize and share it effectively:
Name: Give your template a clear, descriptive name so it’s easy to recognize later. Example: R&D Team Onboarding Video
Workspace: If you're part of multiple workspaces, double-check that you're saving it to the correct one.
(Optional) Category: Organize your template by category—like Business, Marketing, or YouTube & TikTok—to make it easier to browse later.
(Optional) Tags: Add specific tags to help with searching and filtering. These can be more detailed than categories, such as Onboarding, Social Media, or Product Demo.
(Optional) Multi-Language: Toggle the Multi-Language option to have your template automatically translated into 10 languages: Japanese, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese, and English.
(Optional) Voice-Only: Toggling this will only save your video's script for use as a text-to-speech template later on.
4. Save and Reuse
Once you're done with the template's setting, click save and your template will appear under the Templates section alongside AI Studios’ stock options. Everyone in your workspace can access and use it in future projects.
Note: If you are on a teams plan, the template will be available to all team members in the workspace you saved it in.
