To make sure all your videos are inclusive and easily digestible for any audience, it's critical you include an option to watch with subtitles. AI Studios makes it incredibly easy, with just three clicks, to generate captions for your videos in minutes.

In the AI Studios video editor, find the Captions menu on the left side. The icon looks like a small square with lines representing text.

​Note: Captions cannot be generated until a script has been entered into the text editor.

Click the blue "Generate Captions" button to start the process. The system will automatically create captions for your video, usually in just a few moments.

Once captions are generated, you can edit the timing and adjust the text of the subtitles to match your video.

Captions will be generated in the language of the video script. If you translate the video, you will need to generate new captions to match the translated language.

To download the captions as a .srt file (SubRip Subtitle file) for external use, click the white "Caption Download" button. This will allow you to keep a copy of the captions for other platforms.

If you decide to remove the captions or need to upload a separate .srt file, click the red "Remove Captions" button. This will remove the existing captions from the video.
