💡 Tip: URL to Video works best with pages that have a lot of text, such as product pages, blog posts, and news articles. AI writes the script from the text on the page.

Set the options

To guide the script under Options:

  1. Language: choose the language of the video, or leave it on Auto.

  2. Click Objective, Audience, Tone, or Speed to add details. For example, describe the goal of the video under Objective.

  3. Under Video Preset, choose the Media Source for the media in each scene.

To choose the look and length:

  1. Next to Template, choose a category in the menu, choose landscape or portrait, and then pick a template.

  2. Duration: choose Auto or a length from 30s to 180s. The lengths are available when the template category is Youtube & Tiktok. For other categories, the duration is set to Auto.

  3. Under Avatar, pick an avatar, or select Voice Only for a video without an avatar.

  4. Click Generate to build the preview.

The Media Source menu has:

  • Extract: uses the images from the web page.

  • Search: finds media related to the script.

  • Free Stock: free stock images and videos.

  • Premium Stock: premium stock images and videos.

Preview and export

To finish your video:

  1. In the Preview step, your scenes are created one by one. This takes up to about 5 minutes.

  2. Click a scene's media or text to edit it. To use different media, click Replace.

  3. To change the template, avatar, or other options, click Change Options.

  4. Click Export to create the final video, or click Editor to keep editing in the video editor.

FAQ

Which pages work best?
Pages with plenty of text, such as product pages, blog posts, and news articles. Pages with mostly images and little text may not give enough material for a video.

Why didn't URL to Video work with my page?
Check that the link is valid and that the page doesn't need a login. Some websites aren't supported. If a page can't be read, copy its text and use Script to Video instead.

Can I change the template and avatar later?
Yes. Click Change Options in the preview, or open the video in the editor.
