Do I need to create an avatar to use Interactive Avatar?
No. You can use Interactive Avatar without creating your own “My Avatar.” Interactive Avatar can be used in one of the following two ways.
Create and Use Your Own Avatar (My Avatar)
Users can create a My Avatar based on their own video and use it as an interactive avatar.
Record directly in the editor
Upload a pre-recorded video
Once avatar creation is complete, the avatar can be connected to a project and used as your personal interactive avatar.
Use a Sample Avatar Instantly
Even without creating a My Avatar, you can select one of the sample avatars provided by the platform and start using Interactive Avatar immediately.

2. Process (Avatar Creation & Usage Flow)
What is the process from avatar creation to usage?
The Interactive Avatar workflow is as follows :
Avatar creation

Project creation and avatar connection
Using the avatar in the conversation screen
During this process, the avatar is first created and then activated before it becomes available for use.
Once activation is complete, the avatar can be connected to a project and used in the conversation screen for real-time interactions.
⚠️ Note: Avatar slots are deducted only when avatar creation is successfully completed. If creation fails or is interrupted, no slot will be deducted.
3. Activation (Avatar Activation)
Can I use the avatar immediately after creation?
After avatar creation is completed, activation takes up to approximately 24 hours.
Only avatars that have been successfully activated can be used in projects and conversation screens.
4. Project (Project Creation)
How do I create a project?
When creating a project, you can configure the following settings:
Avatar selection
Language selection
ChatGPT configuration (optional)
All configured settings are applied consistently to the actual conversation session, and remain saved when you re-enter the project.
5. Conversation (Conversation Screen)
How does the conversation screen work?
Clicking Start Chat connects you to the conversation screen.
The avatar is loaded via streaming and becomes available once the connection is complete.
Conversations occur in real time, with the avatar responding through voice output.
6. Billing (Pricing & Usage)
Interactive Avatar billing consists of two parts.

What is an avatar slot?
An avatar slot is deducted when avatar creation is successfully completed.
Slots are required to create My Avatar. Sample avatars do not require slots.
Slots are deducted only once per avatar. Additional slots can be purchased via add-ons.

How do credits work?
Conversation usage is billed based on actual interaction time during an active conversation session.
Credit usage starts when you click Start Chat and continues only while the session is active
1 credit is deducted for every 5 minutes of accumulated conversation time, which is equivalent to 0.2 credits per minute.
Ending the session immediately stops credit consumption
Avatar creation does not consume credits
