Custom Avatars let you upload and use personalized AI avatars within AI Studios. This feature is available as an add-on to your existing subscription and can be added in just a few steps.
Important Notes
Custom Avatar slots are billed monthly and follow the same billing cycle as your main subscription.
You can remove or adjust slots at any time from the Billing page.
Add-ons are non-refundable and do not roll over.
If you cancel your main subscription, all add-ons will also be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle.
How to Add a Custom Avatar to Your AI Studios Subscription
Step 1: Open Billing Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the AI Studios dashboard.
From the dropdown menu, select Billing.
Step 2: View Your Subscription Info
In the Billing section, you’ll see your current plan details, renewal date, and any existing add-ons.
Step 3: Find the Custom Avatar Add-On
Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and locate the Add-Ons section. Find the section labeled Custom Avatar and click Upgrade Add-On.
Step 4: Choose the Number of Avatar Slots
Select how many Custom Avatar slots you want to include in your monthly plan. Each slot allows one unique custom avatar to be uploaded, saved, and used across your projects.
The cost will update automatically based on the number of slots you select. Each custom avatar clot costs $29 a month.
Step 5: Review and Confirm Your Add-On
Once you've chosen the number of avatar slots, review the total cost of the add-on. Click Update Add-On to finalize. The charge will be added to your subscription and billed to your saved payment method.
Your custom avatar upload slot(s) will be available immediately after confirmation.
