Generative Credits are used in AI Studios to create premium AI-generated visuals, such as images, videos, and more. They're required when using certain generative media features and are consumed based on the number and type of assets generated. Each time you request generative content, credits are automatically applied depending on the settings you choose.

Important Notes
Credits are applied immediately and reset monthly or annually depending on your billing cycle.
Add-ons are non-refundable and do not roll over to the next billing period.
You can remove units at any time. This does not affect your current billing cycle. Your remaining credits will stay active until the end of the period, and the change will take effect in the next cycle.
If your main subscription is canceled, any add-ons will also be automatically canceled at the end of the current period.
Add-ons require an active AI Studios subscription to remain in effect.
How to Add Generative Credits to Your AI Studios Subscription
Step 1: Open Billing Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the AI Studios dashboard. From the dropdown menu, select Billing.
Step 2: View Your Subscription Info
In the Billing section, you’ll see your current plan, renewal date, and any existing add-ons.
Step 3: Find the Generative Credits Add-On
Scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and locate the Add-Ons section. Click Upgrade Credits under Generative Credits.
Step 4: Choose the Number of Units
Select how many units you'd like to add to your monthly plan.
Pricing Breakdown:
Basic Plan
1 unit = 60 credits = $10 per user (billed monthly)Team Plan
1 unit = 200 credits = $30 (shared across your workspace)
Use the plus or minus buttons to adjust the number of units. The system will calculate the new monthly charge based on your selection.
Step 5: Review and Confirm Your Add-On
Once you've chosen your unit amount, review the total cost of the add-on. Click Update Add-On to apply the changes. The credits will be added to your account immediately, and the charge will be billed to your existing payment method.
