If you no longer need one or more custom avatar slots, you can remove them anytime from your billing settings. This will stop future charges for the add-on while keeping your access until the end of the current billing period.
Important Note
Removing a custom avatar slot will not take effect immediately. Your existing avatar access will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle, and the removal will apply at the start of the next cycle.
An active AI Studios subscription is still required for any add-ons to remain valid.
How to Remove a Custom Avatar Slot from Your AI Studios Subscription
Step 1: Open Billing Settings
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the AI Studios dashboard.
From the dropdown menu, select Billing.
Step 2: Scroll to the Add-Ons Section
At the bottom of the Billing page, locate the Add-Ons section. Find the section labeled Custom Avatar.
Step 3: Click “Cancel Add-On”
Click the Cancel Add-On button next to the Custom Avatar option.
Step 4: Confirm the Cancellation
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click to confirm that you want to remove the custom avatar slot from your subscription.
Step 5: Change Applies in the Next Billing Cycle
Once confirmed, the removal will be scheduled to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Your current avatar slot(s) will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
