If you no longer need your paid AI Studios plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll still have access to your account and project files until the end of your billing cycle.
How to Cancel an AI Studios Subscription
Step 1: Go to your billing settings
Click on your profile in the top-right corner of the dashboard. From the dropdown menu, select Billing.
Step 2: Locate your subscription information
In the Billing section, you’ll see details about your current subscription, including your plan type and renewal date.
Step 3: Click “Cancel Subscription”
Under your subscription details, click the Cancel Subscription button.
Step 4: Select a reason for cancellation.
Select one of the reasons to cancel your subscription. Simply click on the option to continue with cancellation.
Step 5: Feedback/Suggestion.
Please enter feedback or an improvement suggestion in this last popup. You will be able to proceed with the cancellation once this feedback or suggestion section is filled with at least 30 characters.
Note: If you do not have a feedback or suggestion to provide, you can alternatively enter your reason for cancellation. For example: “Not using the platform right now…” etc.
Once you have entered a feedback or suggestion of at least 30 characters, you will notice the “Confirm Cancellation” button getting activated.
Finally, you can now click on the “Confirm Cancellation” button to confirm your subscription cancellation.
Step 7: Verify cancellation.
To verify that your subscription has been cancelled successfully, you can visit your account>billing page and verify that it displays an expiration date and renew button.
What happens after cancellation?
You’ll still be able to access your account and previously created videos until your billing period ends.
Your data will not be deleted, and you can continue to download videos that fall within the limits of the free plan.
You won’t be able to export videos that exceed free plan limitations after the subscription ends.
Need to delete your data completely?
To fully delete your data from AI Studios, please contact our support team through Intercom. Make sure to include your account ID (email address) when submitting your request.
