AI STUDIOS provides three ways to turn presentation slides and documents into videos. Choose an option based on whether you want to edit individual slide elements, preserve the original slide design, or let AI create the entire video for you.

Important: The Editable Slides option only supports .PPTX files. During the import process, AI STUDIOS will also check the fonts used in your presentation and ask you to map them to available fonts.

Choose Editable Slides when you want to convert the content in your presentation into individual elements that can be edited directly in AI STUDIOS.

Text, shapes, images, and other supported media elements will be added to the canvas separately, allowing you to change their content, position, size, and design.

Log in to AI STUDIOS and click New Project.

Select the slide import feature, and then choose Editable Slides as your import option.

Upload the PowerPoint presentation you want to convert.

Editable Slides only supports .PPTX files.

If your presentation is saved as a .PPT file, open it in PowerPoint and save or export it as a .PPTX file before uploading it.

Each slide will be converted into a separate video scene.

Before converting your slides, AI STUDIOS checks the fonts used in the uploaded presentation.

If a font used in your presentation is not available, you will be asked to select a replacement font.

To complete the font mapping process:

Replacing a font may affect text size, line breaks, or element placement. Review the layout of each scene after the import is complete.

Once the presentation has been imported, you can edit individual elements on the canvas.

Choose Slides with Avatar when you want to preserve the original appearance of your presentation and add an AI avatar to present it.

Your original slides are used as the background of each scene, so you can quickly create a presentation-style video without rebuilding the slide design.

From the dashboard, click New Project and open the slide import feature.

Select Slides with Avatar as your import option.

Upload the presentation you want to use.

Each slide will be imported as the background of a separate video scene.

Because the slide is used as a background, the text, shapes, and images within the original slide are not converted into separate editable elements.

Choose Editable Slides instead when you need to edit individual elements from your PowerPoint presentation.

After your slides have been imported, select an AI avatar and place it on the canvas.

Choose Docs to Video when you want AI STUDIOS to generate a complete video from your document.

Instead of importing the document as editable slides, AI STUDIOS analyzes its content and creates a video structure and script for you.

From the AI STUDIOS dashboard, select Docs to Video.

Upload the document you want to use as the source material.

AI STUDIOS will analyze the document and generate video content based on the information it contains.
