Besides narrated videos, Video Agent can make AI images and short AI video clips from your prompt. This doc shows how to make them, which models you can pick, and what you can do with the results.
Make an AI image or video clip
To make one:
Describe what you want in a few words, for example “Autumn coffee shop”, and send it.
When the agent asks what to make, choose
AI video cliporImage.Pick the
Modeland other settings, such asRatioandCountfor images, orLength,Resolution, andAudiofor clips.Check the credits shown on the button, then click it to make your image or clip.
When it is ready, the agent says “Here is your image.” or “Here is your video.” The result also opens in the Assets tab on the right.
Note: AI images and AI video clips use generative credits. The cost depends on the model.

Use the Seedance composer
Seedance has its own composer for more control. To use it:
Choose
AI video clipand pick a Seedance model.Click
Open the Seedance composer. The chat box changes to the Seedance composer.Set
Multi-reference, the ratio, the resolution, the length, andAudio. Type@to use an image from this conversation as a reference.Check the credits shown on the button, then send it.
💡 Tip: To go back to the normal chat box, click Other model. The agent moves your prompt and settings, so you can pick a model other than Seedance and click Make it like this.
Work with the results
Your image or clip appears in the chat. Under the result, you can:
Make again: make it again, with the same or changed settings.
Edit image or Extend video: tell the agent what to change in the chat box.
Make a video from this image: turn an image into a video clip.
Download or Copy prompt.
Open in AI Image Generator, Open in AI Video Generator, or Open in Seedance to keep working in that tool.
All your images and clips are also saved in the Assets tab, under Images or Videos.
💡 Tip: Under a result, the agent suggests changes you can click, such as “Make it brighter”. Or tell it what to change in the chat box.
Note: If a generation fails, the agent says “No credits were charged.” You can make it again or try another model.
FAQ
Are these the same models as in the AI Image and AI Video Generators?
Yes. Video Agent shows the same model names as the generators.
Can I stop a generation?
Yes. Click Stop in the chat box while the agent is working.
Do I need a paid plan?
In the Media options of a narrated video, Generative video clip and Advanced model need a paid plan. They are marked with 💎.
