In this help doc

An AI interview project has an avatar interview job candidates on camera, using questions built from your job posting, and then write a report. This doc shows how to set up the interview, generate the questions, and share it with candidates.

Create an interview project

To create an interview project:

  1. In Interactive Avatar, click Projects in the left menu, then click Create Project. The AI Interview link in the banner at the top of the page also opens Projects.

  2. Under Project Type, choose AI Interview. The Interview Settings section appears.

  3. Enter a Project Name, and check the Language and Workspace.

Generate the interview questions

The avatar asks questions that fit your job posting.

To generate the questions:

  1. Paste the link to your job posting in Job Posting URL and click Load Posting. Postings on Wanted, JobKorea, Saramin, and most company career pages are supported.

  2. If you don't have a link, click Paste text instead, paste the posting text (responsibilities, requirements, preferred), and click Use This Text.

  3. The questions are written for you under Interview Questions, and a summary of the posting appears above them.

You can also set:

  • Number of Questions and Time Limit (minutes): 6 questions and 15 minutes by default.

  • Additional Instructions for the Interviewer: for example, "Focus on B2B deal experience and ask for concrete numbers."

  • Follow-up Questions: when it's on, the avatar asks follow-up questions based on the candidate's answers. Turn it off to ask only the planned questions.

Scrolling through the interview settings and the question preview

To change the questions, edit them in the list, click Add Question, delete one with the trash icon, or click Regenerate. The Question preview on the right shows what the candidate will be asked.

Note: If the avatar you pick doesn't support real-time interviews, the default interviewer (Sage) is used.

Share the interview with candidates

To share the interview:

  1. Choose the interviewer in Select Avatar and the voice in Select Voice, then click Save.

  2. On the project card, click the Interview Management icon.

  3. To share one link with everyone, click Create link and copy under Interview link. Anyone with this link can take the interview, so you can post it on a job board or send it in a message.

  4. To invite one person, enter their name and email under Invite a candidate, then click Create link only or Send invitation.

Note: An invitation link is for that person only. They can take the interview once, within 14 days, with their name and email filled in. If the interview is interrupted, they can restart it up to 3 times.

What candidates see

When a candidate opens the interview link, they see the number of questions, the time limit, and that a camera and microphone are required.

  1. The candidate enters their Name (Email is optional) and agrees that the interview is recorded and evaluated by AI.

  2. They click Start interview. The AI interviewer asks the questions one by one, with captions.

  3. The top right shows the question number, the time left, and how long they've been answering. They aim for about 1 minute 30 seconds per answer.

  4. To move on, they pause for 3–4 seconds or click Done answering. To stop early, they click End interview. Their answers so far are evaluated.

When it's over, the candidate sees The interview is complete.

Review interview results

Finished interviews appear under Interview History on the Interview Management page, with the Candidate, Duration, Answered, Score, Recommendation, and Status. Until a candidate finishes, the page shows No interviews yet.

Click a candidate to open their report. It includes:

  • Overall Score (out of 100) and an AI Recommendation, such as Recommend or Not Recommended.

  • Competencies and Score by Question, with the evidence for each.

  • Speaking Metrics, such as answer length, speaking pace, and filler words.

  • Attention Reference Metrics from the candidate's camera. They're for reference only and aren't used in the hiring decision.

  • Answers by Question, the Recording, and the full Transcript.

Note: The AI recommendation is for reference only. The hiring team makes the final decision.
