Product Avatars let you transform your product images into engaging video content.
With this feature, you can upload a product image and pair it with one of AI Studios’ 2,000+ AI Avatars or upload your own custom avatar. The avatar then highlights and interacts with your product, creating natural, user‑generated‑style videos ideal for social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
This feature requires Generative Credits. A minimum of 11 credits will be used per Product Avatar. Learn more about Generative Credits here.
How to Create a Product Avatar
Step 1: Access Product Avatar
To get started, log in to your AI Studios dashboard and head over to the Marketing tab. Scroll through the available tools until you see Product Avatar, then click to open it.
Step 2: Upload Product Image
Upload a clear image of the product you’d like to feature. High-quality, centered images give the best results.
Lifestyle shots with furniture (like beds or sofas) often render well, while certain large or complex items (such as scooters or bikes) may not process correctly because of size ratio detection.
Step 3: Choose or Upload Your Avatar
Upload your photo to generate a custom product avatar. You can drag and drop the image or select a file from your device, and AI Studios will create an avatar that naturally holds and showcases your product.
If you’d rather not upload your own photo, you can choose from our collection of ready-made avatars and start creating right away. Any custom avatars that you have made in AI Studios can also be used in Product Avatar.
For the best results, use a photo-realistic image instead of a cartoon or illustration.
⚠️ Important Notes: Images of celebrities, public figures, or content that violates AI Studios’ Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. AI Studios is also not responsible for violations of other platforms’ policies.
Step 4: Generate Your Product Avatar
Click Next to generate a preview of your avatar interacting with the product. Once you are on the next page, you can review if the avatar and product look accurate.
If you’d like a new version, you can refresh to try again by clicking on the refresh button on the top right of the Generated Result field, but note that additional generative credits are used each time.
Step 5: Type in a Script
Add the script you want your avatar to deliver alongside the product. This step turns your setup into a full video.
⚠️ Reminder: If you leave the page at this stage, the process will reset and you’ll need to re-upload your files.
Product Avatars are best for promoting and showcasing products in engaging, UGC-style video content. They can also be used to give avatars props, making your content more dynamic and versatile.
Step 6: Select an AI Voice
Once your script is ready, click the voice selection button at the top left of the script box. The default voice for your chosen avatar is applied automatically, but you can change it here.
Browse AI Studios’ library of hundreds of AI voices with different tones, speaking styles, accents, and languages, then select the one that best fits your video. Make sure to click on Apply Voice before exiting the voice selection menu.
⭐ This step is highly recommended for users who uploaded an image, as the default voice is male and may not match the avatar you created.
Step 7: Generate Video
Once your avatar and script are ready, select Create Video.
AI Studios will automatically generate the final video with your avatar delivering the script and interacting with the product. Once the video is finished processing, you can open it in the AI Studios Video Editor to make edits, add translations, adjust timing, and more before downloading and sharing, if needed.
