If you received a notification that your AI-generated image or video could not be created, it means your request may have contained content that goes against our Generation Guidelines. These rules help keep our platform safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. They apply to both the visuals in your generated content and the text prompts you provide. Please review the guidelines below before adjusting your request and trying again.

AI Generation Guidelines

To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users, the following types of content are not permitted. Content that violates these guidelines may be blocked from being generated.

This applies not only to the visual elements of generated images and videos but also to the text prompts you provide.

Examples of Prohibited Content

  • Sexual acts, nudity, or sexually suggestive material

  • Violent or visually disturbing scenes

  • Depictions of weapons, criminal activities, or illegal behavior

  • Discriminatory or hateful expressions, or hate symbols

  • Any content that violates applicable laws, copyrights, or our Terms of Service

Note: Avoid including inappropriate, unsafe, or harmful descriptions in your prompts.

Even if the generated image or video appears safe, prompts containing such content may still be considered guideline violations.

When Content is Blocked

  • Specific reasons or criteria for the block will not be provided.

  • Please review the guidelines and adjust your prompt or imagery before trying again.

  • If you believe the block was a mistake, feel free to submit feedback. Every report is reviewed to help improve the system.
