Violent or visually disturbing scenes
Depictions of weapons, criminal activities, or illegal behavior
Discriminatory or hateful expressions, or hate symbols
Any content that violates applicable laws, copyrights, or our Terms of Service
Note: Avoid including inappropriate, unsafe, or harmful descriptions in your prompts.
Even if the generated image or video appears safe, prompts containing such content may still be considered guideline violations.
When Content is Blocked

When Using Audio-Enabled Image to Video Models (e.g., Sora, Veo)
When you select an Image to Video model that includes audio generation, such as Sora or Veo, please note that these models include their own moderation systems managed by the model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google).
These moderation systems automatically restrict the use of realistic human images to prevent potential misuse — including deepfake creation, impersonation, or identity manipulation.
This moderation follows the content safety and responsible AI policies set by the model providers,
which DeepBrain AI fully complies with and prioritizes when operating these models.
As a result, if you upload an image that appears to depict a real person,
the model may block or flag it before generating the video.
You can safely use avatars, illustrations, or stylized images instead.
