1. Pricing update
AI Studios 5.0 brings a wider range of AI features — from Video Agent to image and video generation, dubbing, and interactive avatars. Accordingly, starting November 6, 2026, the time-based billing and generative credits that were separated by feature are being combined into a single unified credit. You no longer need to track usage feature by feature — one credit balance lets you use any feature you need.
Unified credits: use one credit balance for video export, dubbing, and voice, image, and video generation.
Current subscriptions stay: your current paid plan keeps its existing terms, and you can switch to the new plans whenever you choose.
Launch bonus credits: existing subscribers, new sign-ups, and returning members receive extra credits.

With yearly billing, the discounted monthly price applies and the full year is billed up front.
Team plans start at 2 seats, and the included credits are shared by the whole team.
If you run low on credits, you can buy more or turn on auto-recharge.
Launch offers
To celebrate the new plans, we are giving bonus credits to existing subscribers, new subscribers, and returning members.
Existing subscribers: switch to a new plan between November 6 and December 5, 2026 and get bonus credits worth your current subscription price.
New subscribers: subscribe to a paid plan between November 6 and 12, 2026 and get bonus credits worth $29 with Personal or $69 with Team.
Returning members: eligible free members get $10 worth of credits plus Personal plan features for 1 month. The credits can be used for 1 month from the day you receive them.

Video export and dubbing use credits based on content length. Image and video generation use different amounts depending on the AI model you choose, and you can check usage before and after generating.
3-2. Plan policies
Free plan: export up to 3 videos per month, up to 1 minute each, without using credits. Exported videos include a watermark.
Team plan: included credits are shared by the whole team, and only the workspace master can change the plan or buy extra credits.
4. For existing subscribers
Keep your current plan
Your current paid plan stays exactly as it is, with the same price and renewal cycle. You can also keep buying generative credit add-ons and adding team seats as before.
Switch to a new plan
You can switch to a new plan whenever you like. After switching, the new plan’s pricing and credit policy apply.
Before you switch
Remaining video minutes and the basic generative credits included in your current plan do not carry over to the new plan. Please check your remaining usage before switching.
Any generative credit add-on is canceled when you switch (no refund for the remaining period), and your remaining add-on credits are converted at 4× into bonus credits (usable for 1 month from the day they are granted).
Enterprise
Your contract terms and credit deduction policy stay the same. This pricing update does not change anything for Enterprise.
5. Timeline
November 6, 2026: the new plans take effect. New subscriptions from this date use the new plans.
Existing subscribers: your plan does not change automatically. The new policy applies from the moment you switch.
Launch offers: available until November 12 for new subscribers and until December 5 for existing subscribers.

Q1. Can I keep using my current plan?
Yes. Your current paid plan stays as it is. Unless you switch, your price and renewal cycle stay the same.
Q2. What happens to my existing credits if I switch?
Remaining minutes and the basic generative credits from your current plan do not carry over. Please check your remaining usage before switching. Remaining credits from a purchased generative add-on are converted at 4× into bonus credits (usable for 1 month).
Q3. Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits do not roll over. Extra credits you buy can be used for 12 months from the purchase date.
Q4. In what order are credits used?
Event or promotional credits are used first, then your monthly plan credits, and finally any extra credits you bought.
Q5. Where can I change my plan and payment details?
Go to Account → Subscription to change your plan, manage payment methods, and view invoices.
Q6. What happens if I cancel?
You can keep using your current plan until the end of the billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan automatically.
Q7. Where can I see my credit usage?
Go to Account → Usage to see daily credit usage and top-ups.
